1. Affirmation of Traditional Authority

By virtue of ancestral inheritance and customary law, Igbede Townin Ojo Local Government Area is under the absolute traditional authority and overlordship of the Olorogun Adodo Chieftaincy Family of Lagos. The Olorogun Adodo of Lagos stands as the lawful Owner and Overlord of Igbede Town and all its associated lands.

2. Strict Directive on Land Transactions

To protect the integrity of property ownership and prevent unauthorized encroachments, the Chieftaincy Family has issued a strict directive:

 

Consent Requirement: No sale, lease, transfer, assignment, development, or any form of land transaction within Igbede Town shall be deemed valid without the prior knowledge and explicit consent of the Olorogun Adodo Chieftaincy Family.

 Disclaimer of Risk: Any individual, group, or corporate body engaging in property dealings, developments, or transactions on the said lands without proper authorization from the Chieftaincy Family does so entirely at their own risk.
