The General overseer of New Paradise Gospel Church has described the
problem confronting the Nation to the naive style of governance in the country.
Speaking with newsmen in his office located at No. 30 Ewere Street Off
Oghobaghase Street Benin City. The man of God pastor Sam Sonwu
revealed that Nigeria uses what they don’t produce even when they have
such products according to him the Nation is totally blessed but
suffer managerial problem.
Pastor Sonwu disclosed that the country is full of error that is while
there is error in existence which has already gave birth to terror
this he said is about mis-impunity that is to tell the people that
there is error in the system.
He opined that the job of the National Assembly should be placed on
part-time in other to save enough resources now that the Nation is
short of cash.
According to him the high rate of youths in the society particularly
Edo State is as a result of unemployment inability for the state
government not able to established industry in the state to create
job.
The soft-spoken gentleman said that the level of reasoning is very low
as they should change their mentality and know their right on the
issue of if God still answer prayers the man of God said that God
still answer prayers despite the high rate of crime in the society
especially now when many pastors/prophets are now native doctors who
came from the villages to establish churches for miracle seekers.
The general overseer New Paradise Gospel church disclosed that the
world has already enter into the church adding that miracle is
supposed to followed them that believe as the problem of many
Christian is lack of knowledge of God as believers should change their
character for good and stop preaching for their stomach which they
regard as their God.
Pastor Sam Sonwu lauded the efforts of dividend of democracy to the
people according to him Comrade Oshiomhole made the people know that
government can fixed roads, provide water and provide infrastructure
for the less privilege.
The man of the Gospel enjoined the youths to know that it is not going
to be business as user and they should not allowed themselves to be
used as thugs by those aspirants who are money bags for snatching of
ballot boxes and papers adding that those hiring them for such rough
job their own children are in abroad as the youths should learn from
the past mistake according to him there is already level of maturity
in the nation polity as former President Jonathan congratulated,
President Buhari after the election on his victory.
Pastor Sonwu said that the house of God is a place of fasting and
prayers and not a commercial centre and called on all those who are
regarding the house of God as business centre to deviate from rest and
favour believers should shun miracle and follow salvation first before
miracle that which followed last.
