The popular restaurant and celebrity hang out The Place situated in Ikeja now has another outlet in Lekki. The commissioning of the three storey building of the Lekki outlet was held on the 24^{th of August 2012.recently been commissioned in Lekki phase 1 Admiralty way. Popular Lagos big boy Frank Okamigbo also known as Frank Papas is the CEO of "THE PLACE". The event which was an attraction of the crème de la crème within the Lagos social circle had most of the Big boys and girls on the Island in attendance. The restaurant which is on the ground floor is no doubt one of the best restaurants located on the Island as it is highly exquisite to the taste of the mighty.}

It would be recalled that Frank Okamigbo a.k.a Frank Papas is a formidable force to reckon with in the Nigerian into the entertainment Industry due to his ability to package and manage high profile club events. The club is located on the top floor of the building and a Lounge which serves as a relaxation spot for Top shots on the Island is also available. Speaking with Islanders the CEO of the newly commissioned Lounge and Bar THE PLACE said that his vision is to make The Place a relaxation spot and an haven of sort for Top shots and this he said is top most on his priority list.
