The philanthropic dark complexion dude will on Sunday,7th of October open another hotel in Ipaja, Lagos making it the tenth hotel in Lagos. We also learnt that the stylish dude will not only open the new one storey building hotel that day but will also hold his 46th birthday party while the King of Fuji music, K1 is billed to perform tag double celebration. Muda Shina who is also into real estate property owns Mooshine Hotel with different outlets on the island and some in the Mainland. Thought, the first star hotel located at 12/14 Kokumo Road, by Shagari Estate Off Ipaja, Alimosho Local government, Lagos is name Larry Shine Suites has 47 rooms. Meanwhile, admittance into the party which seems to be talk of the town among the Islanders is strictly by invitations .
