Late Olu priddy's club,Bacchus May Close Down + As daughter,Louis priddy battles debtors.
For those who are night crooner and Bacchus club,Awolowo Road,Ikoyi fan would have notice this you about to read. Lately, the club which share night crooner crowd with former Insomnia (now demolished for banking) is not really getting it again. Fridays is the day the club use to have who and who on the island to cash fun has now turn to a dry friday for the club as many don't really come to the club again despite that it's rival, Insomnia club has been demolished which many believed it should be an opportunity for them to get more crowd but is other wise. Insider to the Priddy family told us that when Louis Priddy who has more knowledge on clubbing business has left the management for her elder sister, Oona to face her restaurant and other business things is not going well in the club. Well, some alleged that debt is another thing affecting the club as no much choice of Champaign to drink for customers. Also,Louise Priddy is facing some difficulties on
her own part too has she threatened to publicly disgrace some Lagos 'big boys' owning her some amount of money. Priddy, who now runs Posh Cafe located in Victoria Island, Lagos, made this stern warning on her Facebook page friday,July 27.
While at Bacchus Night club, Priddy successfully ran the hangout spot. It was no surprise to many when she left the club to establish hers, Posh Cafe. But she might not be finding it funny anymore as she claims some Lagos 'big boys' are owning her.
According to her, "I am telling all you big boys out there, who owe me money, but go to other clubs to spend until you
get bounced from there, and then you move on, it is ENOUGH. Instead of clubbing, why don't you get a job? It's time to name and shame [you] with pictures [of] who owes me.
It is no doubt that Priddy is bitter about this, but many would be keen in seeing names and pictures of her debtors released by her. Will she go ahead with her threat if nothing meaningful happens before? Fingers crossed.
