NESTOIL OIL’S ERNEST AZUDIALU PUTS NESTOIL TOWERS FOR SALE

“Guess the whole world is made up of things coming together and things falling apart”. The truth dawned on Ernest Azudialu in a moment of profound terror. The boss of Nestoil, an oil firm, finally understands that status and affluence are ephemeral like the early dew before the morning sun.

According to the news doing the rounds, the billionaire businessman may be unergoing harship, as he has allegedly put up his Nestoil’s Towers, located on Akin Adesola street, Victoria Island, Lagos, for sale.  As you read, Ernest is caught up in the turbulence of steep and unforgiving commerce and the good fact is that he has the instinct and judgment required to wade through the scary storm. Sharp guy!

During his boom time, he was one of the foremost big boys Lagos whose cash reservoir seems to always brim over at every point in time. Ernest lived life at full bloom, pursuing luxury as if his life depended on it. In the immediate past dispensation of former President Goodluck Jonathan, he benefited from juicy contracts and basked in luxury accruable from his position as Nestoil boss and a player in Nigeria’s oil industry.

As cool cash flowed into his accounts, Ernest developed a taste for expensive luxury and soon he was known for his obsession with aircrafts and his penchant for acquiring private jets and pricey automobiles. But despite his pretensions to grandeur and privilege, Ernest is in debt courtesy business loans he acquired from different banks.

We gathered reliably that in his garage are eye-watering, top-of-the-shelf cars like the Lamborghini Aventador, the BMW High Security 760, called BMW Individual, and different brands of customized Rolls Royce. But as a globetrotting businessman who spends more time in the air than on the ground, Azudialu has found in the Gulfstream brand of private jet a companion and a means of navigating the world of international business.

And he adduced reasons for this in a recent media interview. “My very tight business schedule takes me around a lot and I spend more and more time in the air, and now have a fleet of four aircraft of which the Gulfstream is my favourite,” he said.

Culled the Capital
