Please Let's Help Save this Fine Girl, Pillar Egona

 

Pillar Egona is a 7-Year-Old girl, she was recently diagnosed with Osteosarcoma (bone cancer), a kind of cancer at knee cap region. The cancer has become so extensive that it might affect other parts of the body if surgery is not done as soon as possible.
Leg amputation is all Nigeria hospitals could offer with less chances of survival as they don't have life support machine for kids. Treatment abroad through chemotherapy and possibly limb salvage can be done for her to make her walk with her feet again.
